Why EmPower Yourself

Action: The problem EmPower helps your solve.

We are all much more aware of the importance of looking after our mental health and wellbeing. We are more aware of the risk factors than we ever have been. We are encouraged to open up and talk about our thoughts and feelings and to seek help if needed.

Yet, until now, no one was focusing on what you can do to strengthen your own mental health and wellbeing.

Frustratingly, for far too many people, there is no simple answer to the question ‘What can I do?’

What you will get out of EmPower

Everybody’s journey is unique.

  • Gained clarity and control over their future.

  • Enjoyed healthier, happier relationships.

  • Managed their emotions more effectively.

  • Sprouted greater self-belief and social confidence.

  • Overcome procrastination.

  • Felt much more resilient.

  • Made crisp life-improving decisions.

  • Progressed or changed their career.

  • Consolidated new, positive habits and behaviours.

  • Learned a whole new way of thinking about mental health, wellbeing and themselves.

  • Relished the support of their EmPower group and staff support.

  • Completed their EmPower programme with ease and joy.

  • Measured their improvements in mental health and wellbeing.

Clients are reporting an average 36% improvement in their wellbeing (a big increase) and are expressing a lot of joy in the process. In fact several say they feel it has been life-changing.

“This is just to say a huge, heartfelt 'thank you'. EmPo has been transformational for me. This programme has genuinely changed my life. I now know it is possible to be authentic AND happy after many years stuck in the 'name the problem and it will be ok' box.”
